The "Housho Course" is a luxurious selection of seafood and mountain produce, including a five-piece sashimi platter including fresh, medium-fatty tuna delivered directly from Wakkanai, two types of wild horse mackerel sashimi, seasonal grilled Spanish mackerel in Saikyo style, and fried monkfish.In addition, there are other luxurious dishes on offer, including Hokkaido roast beef, soft-boiled octopus, and eel slices.The main dish is a rich miso soup hotpot filled with bounty from the North Sea.This special course ends with a choice of rice porridge or ramen, and a seasonal dessert.
